Without Boundaries

Without Boundaries is a ministry for families who have children with special needs. A safe environment for children that allows them to learn and know God's love on a weekly basis.

All children have the opportunity to listen to a Bible story and participate with the lesson, sing and play a musical instrument, create a craft, learn the Lord's Prayer, and have one on one time with a buddy (trained helper). Each class has a teacher and several buddies who model Christ's love and provide hands-on help as needed.

While children participate, the families can worship together at 10:30 or 10:45 services. We meet each Sunday morning from 10:30 am-12:00 pm. Please contact Lea Webb, Co-Director of Children and Family Ministry, at for more information, an assessment form for your child, or volunteer opportunities.

Confirmation is designed for families of 5th-8th grade students. Young people at this stage learn, develop, and take ownership the professions of their faith. It is also the opportunity to be commissioned into full participation in congregational life. Confirmation promotes the lifestyle of following Jesus.

We will study the lessons for the following Sunday, and as we do, we expect that this Word will enrich and edify our community prayer, faith, and servant life in Christ.

We will study the coming Sunday Scripture lessons, confident that the Spirit will be:

  • Enhancing and enriching our Sunday worship life!
  • Letting God's Word edify daily and Sunday faith life!
  • Connecting the themes of the four lessons into a tapestry!
  • Listening to the Spirit of God at work in Word and one another!
  • Building our community life together!

Wednesday Evening (Adult Class)

Cultures in Conflict

Leader: Mindy Stephani
Dates: This class has ended.
Time: 6:30-7:45 pm
Place: Room 151, Family Life Center

Description: How do you live in a culture where the worldview conflicts with Christianity? Let’s learn from Paul as he presents his beliefs to the most powerful court in Athens and settles among the Greco-Romans of Corinth, who valued wealth, class, worship of multiple gods, and decadent pleasure-seeking above all else. There is no book to buy for this class.

Let’s discover how to live in your own Athens or Corinth - an increasingly secular Western world - in a way that glorifies God. We will have five lessons as our Wednesday Night Workshop (WNW) program wraps up for 2018-2019. We will be joining teacher / historian Ray VanderLaan as he guides us through the land of the Bible. In each of these 5 lessons, he will illuminate the historical, geographical, social, and cultural context of the pertinent scriptures.
