The Monday Night Women's Bible Study began a new online study on October 19 at 7:00 pm, Enough for Now by author Sharla Fritz. This eight lesson women's Bible study explores the idea of 'enough' through the study of Scripture - specifically the parable of the rich fool, personal stories, and practical exercises. Over the course of the eight lessons, women will discover how to escape the insatiable quest for more by finding their 'enough' in God. Book available at Amazon, ChristianBook.com, or Concordia Publishing House cph.org.

Contact Sharon Hahne or Jamee Thieme through RCB to be added to the group and to receive a Zoom invite.

Women's Ministries are meeting primarily in the form of small monthly groups with specific interests and in a large combined group about 2-3 times per year.

For more details about our women's ministries, please contact Jamee Thieme.

Schedule

All Resurrection Lutheran women are invited to attend these events. Also, find more information on the Resurrection Women's Ministries bulletin board outside of the Fellowship Hall.

Unfortunately, our in-person events have been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. We hope to resume again safely soon.

Our Mighty Mites

Mite Box offerings are usually collected at all church services on the first weekend of every month. These offerings, based on the Biblical account of the widow's mite (Luke 21:1–4), fund mission projects chosen annually by the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML). See www.lwml.org for more information.

We are still collecting Mites for Missions, but we will be changing the procedure into 2021. Mite boxes with coins and currency can be placed in Donna Krupcale’s church mailbox, if you happen to be at church. There is also a large collection box on the information table in the Narthex.

Gifts can also be made by check, payable to RLW, placed in Donna Krupcale's church mailbox OR mailed directly to Donna at church (100 W. Lochmere Drive, Cary NC 27518).

Thank you for supporting the mission grants of Lutheran Women in Mission! We want to make sure that all the mission grants are fully funded and missions are supported. If you need a Mite box, contact either Donna Krupcale or Jamee Thieme through RCB.
