Stay connected through online Zoom meetings!
Mondays, July 13 and July 27 at 7:00 pm
We invite all interested women of RLC to join us! We will be using one-session studies from LWML/Lutheran Women in Mission.
Through RCB, join the group, or email Dawn Leister prior to the start time to receive instructions on how to join the online meeting.
Currently, we are meeting primarily in the form of small monthly groups with specific interests and in a large combined group about 2-3 times per year.

Our Mighty Mites
Mite Box offerings are collected at all church services on the first weekend of every month. These offerings, based on the Biblical account of the widow's mite (Luke 21:1–4), fund mission projects chosen annually by the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML). See www.lwml.org for more information.
We celebrate the LWML and their Mite Box donations which provided for the 2017-2019 Mission Grant 12, Completion of Lukonda Lutheran School Buildings, Uganda for Lutheran Church Uganda in the amount of $48,000.
This grant will complete Phase II of construction of two schools in Kayunga District, Uganda. Between 100 and 200 children, ages 4 to 12, will be educated in these schools. The villages of Kakiika and Lukonda will provide bricks and land for the school, with Resurrection Lutheran Church and The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS) Southeastern District supporting the remaining costs of labor and materials.
When complete, each of the two school buildings will have four classrooms. Two of the classrooms in one building will also be used for weekly Lutheran worship services. This grant will enable completion of the school building complex begun in 2012.
